Omar Al-Qadi is a seasoned human resource professional with over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning across national and multinational organizations in Saudi Arabia. As Human Resources Manager at Al Tilal Steel, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce strategy, organizational structure, and compliance framework in alignment with Saudi labor regulations and the company’s growth objectives.
At Al Tilal Steel, Mr. Al-Qadi leads the end-to-end HR lifecycle from staffing and onboarding to policy development, performance appraisal planning, and employee benefits administration. He works closely with the executive team on structural reforms, departmental process flows, and HR digitalization initiatives. He also oversees all government relations and labour office matters and ensures compliance with Saudization mandates, insurance policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Prior to joining Al Tilal Steel, Mr. Al-Qadi held senior HR roles at Al Nahdi Medical Company, where he was responsible for technical and managerial recruitment, compensation planning, training needs assessments, and employee relations. He played a key role in enhancing departmental HR procedures, optimizing payroll administration, and developing structured induction and development programs across the organization.
Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Human Resource Officer at Farooq & Mamoon Tamer and as a Personnel Affairs Specialist at Gazzaz,. His ability to blend administrative accuracy with people-focused leadership has made him a trusted advisor to management and a reliable partner to employees.
Mr. Al-Qadi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from King Khalid University and is fluent in both Arabic and English. He is proficient in SAP HCM and MS Office and holds professional certifications in modern communication methods and HR process implementation.
