Mubarak Ali Alharathi is a certified health and safety professional with over five years of dedicated experience in industrial HSE leadership roles across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He currently leads the Health, Safety and Environment department at Al Tilal Steel, where he oversees all aspects of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness and environmental protection. His work plays a critical role in sustaining Al Tilal’s preventive safety culture and in aligning the company’s operations with national Vision 2030 safety and environmental goals.

Mr. Alharathi holds certifications from NEBOSH, IOSH, and the Saudi Ministry of Labor as both an Occupational Safety and Health Professional and Practitioner. He is also CPR and First Aid certified and is currently preparing for the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) qualification under the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Commission. He is pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, further expanding his leadership and technical capabilities.

Before joining Al Tilal Steel, Mr. Alharathi served in key safety roles at Al Shati Company and Mahmoud Saeed Glass Factory, where he managed risk assessments, emergency planning and compliance audits. His early career also included HSE coordination in the events sector with Lamasat Events, where he was responsible for operational safety planning and incident mitigation in high-footfall environments.

At Al Tilal, he has established a robust safety infrastructure that includes comprehensive training programs, fire and evacuation system readiness, job hazard analysis, and the integration of safety protocols into engineering planning. His approach combines regulatory compliance with a proactive mindset, ensuring that safety is embedded into every aspect of the company’s operations.

Mr. Alharathi is known for his meticulous standards, calm leadership under pressure, and ability to motivate cross-functional teams in pursuit of a zero-incident environment. His leadership continues to reinforce Al Tilal’s reputation for operational integrity and its commitment to the wellbeing of its workforce.
