This project includes the construction of three main school buildings in Makkah and Jeddah cities. Two prototype buildings, T05-28 and T05-30, each with an area of 4148 m2 and four floors, will be constructed in Makkah and Jeddah. Prototype building HOK_JED, with an area of 6265 m2 and three floors, will be constructed in Jeddah, while HOK_MKH, with an area of 6231 m2 and three floors, will be constructed in Makkah. The project also includes a multipurpose hall (MPH) with an area of 828 m2 and one floor. Additionally, ancillary buildings such as a canteen building, guard accommodations, a gate and a guard room building, a facility manager building, and an electrical room building will be constructed, with areas ranging from 16 m2 to 158 m2. The project also includes site works in both Jeddah and Makkah cities.
